Laughter is guaranteed with this event! At 8am we will run into the sea at Old Head Beach, Louisburg, Dip in the Nip style in support of Irish Community Air Ambulance. The dip will last as long as you like, it's up to you. Enjoy the shock and exhilaration that the cold sea brings.
